Watch your body

Look closely at your body in the mirror. The first thing you can notice yourself, looking at yourself in the mirror is any kind of asymmetry.

The ancient Greeks said that if a person is beautiful - he/she has to be symmetrical, and they did not take a person to participate in the Olympic Games, if the person had any asymmetry in the body. It was considered not completely healthy.

If you have found asymmetry (a tumor under one ear or a different incision of the eyes, differences in volume or level of the knee cap, seal in one part of the abdomen, etc), then at least you will be able to determine where the source of the problem is. To be more specific: you will be able to determine a visible source of the problem, because there are a lot of reasons for the problem that has arisen, both physical and mental.
